Valley Auto has loaner cars available if yours has to stay in the shop for an extended period. They're willing to explain what's necessary, what's not necessary, and will go out of their way to find reliable rebuilt parts rather than new ones to save the customer money. They're good people!

Kevin is easy to deal with. He seems honest and really wants to help. We've had only positive dealings with them.

I have had work done on my wifes mazda,my ford ranger and my f-250 diesel. Each time the work was done promtly. In the case of the diesel kevin told me up front tthat they wern't set up to handle the pressure testing . I asked him to go ahead any way with new glow plugs and injectors. they worked and worked and had trouble getting it to ru n smooth. Kevin offered to not charge me for the work. That is a good man. I declined the offer and paid him. I suspected the injector pump was bad and that was not his problem> got that fixed at a diesel special shop and the truck ran fine. I would recommend his shop to any one with any car problem. BM
