Britt's Northside Svc Center

This is a family owned & operated business. When I first began to use Britt's Northside Service Center to work on my cars, it was a 3 generation business: The father owned the shop and his son and grandson were mechanics while his wife was secretary/bookkeeper. After the father passed away, his widow, son & grandson took over the business and are operating it today. On two separate occasions, I was told that the repairs I wanted done to my vehicles MIGHT need x number of new parts, only to find that some of the new parts they had ordered were NOT necessary and the parts were returned and I was not charged for unnecessary parts. I really appreciated that news....both times. I have recommended Britt's Northside Service Center to all four of my adult children and at least one of them experienced the same situation I had experienced with the men at Britt's Northside.....a new part that they had ordered was NOT needed in the repair and, again, they did not charge my daughter for it. I have found Britt's Northside personnel to be HONEST, technically proficient, friendly people. They charge fair amounts for their work and can successfully repair many brands and types of automobiles. I highly recommend Britt's Northside Service Center to anyone in need of auto repair!
