Hello Guys, If your car ever breaks down in SE Georgia this is the place to take it. Woody is so honest and thorough that it amazes me. I have frequently taken my car in with symptoms that most mechanics would want to follow up on, but he just quizzes me as you guys do with your callers and usually comes up with an easy and inexpensive solution. After an extended trip this summer I brought the car in because its power was not up to where is should have been and the engine seemed to be cutting out. Woody and his folks determined that the carburetor had to be cleaned and he suggested that I take it to the local dealer. My past experience with those folks was not good and I insisted that he try to do something. He contacted a mechanic who use to work at that dealership but was fired for disagreements over service policies and practices. That fellow did a great job for me and Woody only passed on that guy's bill without upping it a little to account for the fact that the work was actually done in his shop. I could go on with about three or four similar stories, but I think that this one is a good enough indication of the quality and integrity that Woody and the Southside folks have shown to me. Let me add one thing about your questionaire. Some of the questions like access to public transportation and the safety of the the neighborhood to not apply to a small town such as Statesboro. I wish that you had had a "NA" (not applicable) option.
