I don't know how Michael Tucker responds when he screws up, because he's never screwed up on my car. When he works on my car, he hooks it up to his computer for diagnosis, but he also takes specific information from me (about how the car sounds, moves, smells, etc.). Then he drives the car himself (if it will run). Only after a thorough examination does he make his diagnosis. And he has always been right. He repairs the car in a timely manner, and he does a great job. I think he prefers to work on American cars.

Great service and car care!

I followed a recommendation from this very website to Tucker
and Sons, and I was eminently pleased with their work. They
not only did the diagnostic promptly, they called me several
times to give me the full rundown of what was wrong with my
car, what it would take to fix, and what they considered the
best use of my money would be (which, according to them, was
NOT to get them to fix it, cause the car wasn't worth it!)
I had to scrap that car, but when I get another and it
breaks down, I'll take it back to Mike at Tucker and Sons in
a heartbeat!
