I have used Richard's repair shop for the past 4 years. I am always pleasantly surprised at what the cost will be and how quickly the work is done. I am a single woman, with no other transportation options, so having my vehicle in running condition is important to me. He had been recommended to me by someone at work, shortly after I moved to the area. A quick oil change service had stripped the drain plug on my oil pan. The dealership was going to charge me for a new oil pan, at an outrageous fee. It was fixed by North Fulton Automotive for the price of a new plug and the labor involved. This repair shop is the best I have ever been to and I do recommend it to anyone. Just please don't make it too busy, so that I cannot get my car in for emergency repairs !

I took my car to the dealer for a 60,000 service. They told me that the cost would be over 600.00. I called richard at North Fulton and he told me that the same service would cost about 400.00. Well guess where I took my car? The work was done when they said it would be, and the car runs great. They even through in a free oil change. This is really a great shop, and I highly recommend them

Ricky Williamson, ASE Certified Technician and Owner; Bill Gowdy, Manager, as well as their complete staff, always examine the problem thoroughly, then explain in detail what the problem is, what the alternatives are, and what the cost will be (and sometimes recommend that I buy a car rather than repair this one)so that I may make an intelligent and informed decision on what to do. I am extemly satisfied with their work (and their patience with me). They are very dependable and responsible, and their costs are quite reasonable. Michael R. Lewis Attorney at Law

The guys at North Fulton Automotive did a great job tuning up and fixing my old workhorse Chevy Astro Van. They helped me find weather stripping for the back hatch that is no longer being manufactured and installed it just in time for the next big rain here. The van runs great.

These guys are the best. I've lived in three states and am always concerned when looking for new tradesmen. North Fulton was suggested to me by a neighbor, and I never looked back. I've relocated to Richmond, VA, now, and I miss these guys most of all about my former home. Honesty, integrity and value.

I have recently bought a 1998 Lincoln Town Car, of course, with no warranty. Within one week, the service engine soon light came on. I took it to Advanced Auto Parts, and they said the code was EGR flow interrupted which could be either the EGR valve or sensor. I had contacted several repair shops in Cleveland, and I was unable to get anyone to tell me what the cost would be to repair it without charging over $100.00 for a diagnostic. I was also unable to get them to work me in since I am an over the road truck driver and sometimes making an appointment is not possible. I read the reviews here for North Fulton Auto and decided I had nothing to lose and called them. They were more than willing to talk to me over the phone and try to give me the options I had and the prices associated with it. I took the car there on a busy Friday morning, and, within 5 minutes, they went out and checked the car for me. The service engine light had gone off already, but they were still willing to check the codes and discuss with me what to look for. I was dealt with fairly, honestly, and with great courtesy even though they were not charging me for their services. I am willing to drive the 100+ miles from home to have them work on my vehicles.

I've been going to North Fulton Automotive for several years now. They stand behind their work, are honest and honorable. I choose to make the considerably longer drive to get to their shop whenever possible before I would consider going to any other shop closer to home. This is a great bunch of guys, and you can trust them with your vehicle.

Everyone there at North Fulton Automotive is always very polite, and they do an excellent job on repairs. I'd guess they'd like to see me sell my old beat up Chevy Astro van, but I love that old thing and can't seem to part with it. They keep it running great and I'm very thankful for that. Their prices are extremely reasonable. They seriously get so much business that I think they wish they could clone themselves. You can't go wrong with these guys.

I had a quote from another repair shop for $555! Jimmy repaired it for so much less and they cleaned the bird poop off my car. I took it in at 8 and it was done by 11:30, even with the supply shop sending him the wrong part. I paid and was leaving when Jimmy asked if I wanted to see the broken engine mounts. I said, yes, I'm not sure what those look like. He showed them to me and explained to me what they do. I really appreciate an honest shop that does honest work. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.
