These guys are awesome...great waiting room with free stuff (coffee, candy) and a knowledgeable, responsive staff. They're friendly, reasonable and they bend over backwards to make sure things are done right (the owner's wife drove me to a local ATM machine when I realized my checkbook wasn't around). The testimonial letters on their wall tell the story -- they do great work and they love Saabs.

Sovereign has always done a great job for me. And from what I can tell from others in the waiting room I am not alone. The dealer always had an attitude but Bob, Marilyn and Tracy go out of their way to make us feel at home and informed of what is going on. This is the way it is supposed to be!

After a horrible experience with another independent Saab mechanic, I took my car to Sovereign. I had already spent tons of money on a cooling system that kept producing leaks. Instead of giving me wacky excuses why every component in my cooling system was going bad like the other mechanic (i.e. my car must have been wrecked, someone put something in my antifreeze, etc.), Sovereign sought out the likely cause (a bad pressure cap?) and fixed it. So far, I haven't had any more leaks. Overall, my experience was very pleasant -- and I would recommend that anyone in the Atlanta area take the time to drive to Roswell if they need their Saab fixed.

I have always been impressed with Sovereign's work on my
prior Saabs and I have had them do scheduled work on my new
Saab. Recently they pointed out how my head gasket was
leaking and told me it should be repaired under warranty by
the dealer. Sovereign gave me enough information to impress
the dealer that the work needed to be done, saving me a lot
of future bucks. They always seem to have the customers well
being in mind and I appreciate that.
