This is the friendliest, most knowledgeable shop I have ever been to. I started sending all of my friends there, too, and everybody has had fantastic experiences. I use them for both car and motorcycle repair. In two instances the repair failed (one because I supplied the wrong part, and one because a technical service bulletin from Mercury was wrong) -- in both cases they re-did the work for free. They are excellent about communication and describing what they are going to do. They even did my motorcycle clutch work in front of me when I expressed interest in how it is done.
