I took a used car to them to do a used car check before purchasing the car. They were extremely helpful, honest, and considerate. I would definitely go back to them to get our car serviced. When I told them I had found out about them on the cartalk website, they looked pleased, and said they didn't know about the website.

I feel very fortunate to have found this mechanic. Everyone at this shop is very nice and helpful. Being a woman, I often worry that mechanics will treat me differently than a man, or charge me higher prices, but I have found this shop to be very fair. Also, they listen to NPR in the how bad could they be??? ;)

The service was great! They finished with the car in even less time than I'd hoped. The only downside for me was lack of loaner car/rides. They offered to get me set up with a rental (which I'd have to pay for) but that isn't cost-effective for me... As it was, the repair was so quick it didn't matter, but for lengthier repairs it would definitely be an issue.

These guys are fantastic. My mom has been taking her cars there for years, and now my wife and I use them exclusively. They always explain the problems without being pushy about things that aren't urgent. My mother in law recently took her old volvo in because it wasn't starting. They thought it was a starter coil but didn't have one in stock, so one of the guys there actually went and took the coil off his old volvo in the parking lot to confirm that that was the problem before they ordered the part. We use them for all the work on all our cars. They even checked out our old El Camino before we sold it. I don't know how they respond when they screw something up because they've never screwed anything up for us. I'd recommend them for anything.
