As a single twenty-something female, I know less about cars than I'd like to admit, but I feel safe taking my car here and always get honest answers to any questions I may have.

Women get treated better (maybe even more fairly) then men, don't go there if you are in a hurry. This is a traditional man, and he likes to 'bond' before working, (I mean that in a good way), first you become a friend, and then a customer. Likewise when you go in, first you renew your friendship and then you get your car worked on... PS Ask about the Organic Chickens:)

They have worked on my wife's 96 Volvo 960 for the past 2 1/2 years. Very reasonable prices. They actually discouraged us from doing a repair we thought we needed, telling us it was OK to take care of it during the next scheduled service. We had a very bad experience with the Volvo dealer and were glad to find and honest, competent shop nearby.

Mark has worked on my cars for the past 15 years. I'd rather take my still under warranty Corolla to him and pay than to a dealer for free. He will tell you if there's no problem. His receptionist/secretary is friendly and efficient.
