I looked in the phone book and decided that the first shop I saw I would try. It was Tate's and they were so nice to me. They would tell me whether or not it was time to do something and if I asked for a service (like new tires) they would tell me that it wasn't time yet. They actually tried to save me money on every occasion. I found out later that they serviced the cars for many senior citizens and were always courteous and helpful. I can't praise them enough. When we moved into town and began asking around for an honest and well-run repair shop Tates was always mentioned. Our experience with them over the years has been consistently above average. They are friendly, don't "talk down" to you, explain what is needed, and deliver what they promise. They have plugged tires on the spot, fixed many things on our "lemon-law" Malibu, and complete the job on time and budget. I highly recommend them. Thanks...Scott Ptak
