I am admittedly not the most savvy car person, and had a lot of questions about my newly purchased used-vehicle (which had broken down twice in the first month! yikes!) I took it in to Gunn for a thorough inspection to check: 1) if there were any other looming problems that I should be aware of; and 2) if I'd made a huge mistake in purchasing this vehicle at all. They scheduled my appt and performed the inspection quickly. Further, they answered all of my questions and showed me things I didn't even know to ask. I left their service shop feeling so much better about my car. I knew what to keep my eye on, what sounds were no big deal, and how to avoid repeating any of the problems it'd had already. Icing on the cake- prices were totally reasonable. I'm very grateful to have finally found a fair, honest service shop that would not take advantage of a gullible, non-technical female! If there are any Augusta-area ladies unsure of where to go for car repairs, I highly suggest going to Gunn. You won't regret it.

When my daughters repair took longer than expected they apologized promptly, and dropped my daughter off at college and picked her up when her class was over! Many times they have shuttled me onto Ft. Gordon while waiting in long lines and routine vehicle searches. Its always a pleasure to do business with real world people, who struggle jsut like we all do and recognize the importance of our transportation! -JOE
