They have always been prompt in letting me know the status of the repair job, even when it has been more complicated than expected. They have gone out of the way to be helpful on several occasions.

Wealth of knowledge on automotive matters. C&C has a call- in radio show on Saturday mornings on local AM 580 radio (WGAC). They even have a web camera, on-line, where you can see your car being worked on from your computer.

The owner, Aarom Clements, is very accessible to customers, listens to constructive comments, is proud to show changes made to his facility that enhance customer satisfaction and is empowering to his employees. His shop is business friendly with clean, well lit areas to work if you choose to wait for your car, WiFi access, private areas for phone conversations, fresh coffee and snacks. His service advisors are competent, not prone to "break your car" when their free inspections are rendered. At my most recent visit, the service advisor recommended I defer an expensive repair that had triggered the "Check Engine" light; perhaps thinking too much like me but appreciated. He said the problem would not cause real problems to my car's performance for 5-years or more. Prices are typical of Dealer repair prices, though discounts are given, just ask. Would recommend this shop for all makes and models, though they are particularly competent in working on my Subaru Outback, exhibiting better competency than the local Subaru Dealer. Also, would recommend the shop for women car owners as the service advisors don't use a bunch of jargon to make recommendations and Aaron's recent renovation of the women's restroom is magnificent, more suitable in a 4 star restaurant versus a car repair shop. He is doing a similar renovation to the men's room, though I think we would not be as appreciative.
