My wife and I went there with what appeared to us to be a transmission problem. We dropped the vehicle off, and a few hours later they called us back to tell us that it actually wasn't a transmission problem at all. They recommended another shop to do the required work and gave us their test results so that the other shop owner would not have to duplicate the work. For all of this, we were not charged one cent-- you can't beat a deal like that! Based upon my experience with them, I would recommend United Auto Service to my friends and would return to them for work in the future.

Honesty and integrity, the keystone of United Transmission and Joe Barton, the owner. Fair pricing, excellent work, never a problem. I teach a basic course in beginning automotive engineering in a local private high school, and as far as I am concerned, United Transmission is the only game in town and is the one I recommend for domestic and foreign transmission problems.

these guys saved me a bundle. they really take the time to diagnos a problem instead of aggressivley replacing parts and costing me a fortune. they aim to fix a problems and stand by their work. friendly, professional, competent, charming and quirky.
