I found a used Mercedes wagon that I wanted to buy. My father-in-law recommended I bring it to Matt for a pre-purchase inspection. Matt did a thorough job checking out the car and provided a list of repairs and associated costs needed to put it into optimal condition. Subtracting those costs from the suggested retail value listed in Kelly's Blue Book, I then had a reasonable price I was able to negotiate with the seller. After buying the car, I brought it back to Matt who then prioritized the repairs that were needed so that I could schedule them over time to best fit my budget. The car is now running flawlessly, as any well-maintained Mercedes should. I'm comfortable doing business with Matt and his technicians. They provide quality, professional service using only Mercedes parts. I highly recommend them to any Mercedes owner.

I can't say enough about this shop. I've been very pleased with them. About a month ago I had this unpleasant 'melting plastic smell' from under my hood. I thought-great-big ole repair bill. I took the car to the shop and Matt called me later that afternoon to ask me if it possibly smelled like a melting plastic bag? "Yes-I guess so" I responded. Well, that's just what it was-a handletie plastic bag had gotten under the car and was melted to the exhaust system. How much did Matt charge me to scrape the offending bag off- ZIP. Now that's a good mechanic. This isn't the first time I've taken my car to these guys-and I can assure you it won't be the last. If I had taken the car to the dealership it would have cost me $300 in labor. Thanks Matt!!!
