This repair shop is the best of all worlds. They figure out what is wrong, tell to you what the problem is, explain what you don't understand, tell you what has to be fixed right away versus what can wait. They quote a price and always come in at that price or under. There are never any hidden costs to surprise you at the register. The entire staff treats everyone who walks through the door as family and are always friendly and ready to answer questions in a way that you can understand. They guarantee their work and if it is not fixed right the first time, they are more than happy to keep working on it until it is right, no cost to you. The greatest thing by far is their car care club. The car care club allows you to buy a package of oil changes, tire rotations, and general maintenance for next to nothing to keep your car running tip-top and keep it out of the repair shop for more costly repairs. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants to make sure that their car is fixed properly, running smoothly, and does not want to be taken advantage of. Good work High Gear!!
