Hello everyone--I can't really answer the question that refers to the mechanic's screwing up--we have just started with him and had only 1 experience so far. However, I'd bet (if I were a betting person) that he would be very fair if he screws up in the future. He has a good staff and has been in business there for (I think) 16 years. Young fella. Nice wife, who runs the office. The Buick agency does a capable job but too expensive--usually our older Buick takes two mechanics (same as I do when I need repair work), and it's $120 per hour.
