These guys just seem to be very honest. I had a blown compressor and they replaced it. They pointed out that my cooling fan wasn't working and that I might blow the system again if I didn't get it fixed. I refused to listen and the additional pressure ended up creating a leak. They couldn't find it (since it was not really leaking but tripping the overpressure valve) so they gave me a free charge of freon. On a second visit they determined that the compressor was bad and, though they claimed that the warranty didn't cover labor (only the part), they did replace the whole thing for free. While this might sound like a horror story, I do believe these guys are scrupulously honest and fair. There are a number of favorable letters from customers tacked on the wall. Be prepared for a wait in the summer, though, because I think the word is out that this is the place to go!

My air conditioning was going out. I work nearby and I
had hear that they were honest and reasonable. I took my
car in. They actually did no work on the car (they just
checked out my AC within a few minutes of me stopping
by). They determined that the compressor was bad and that
there was a strong liklihood that additional work would be
needed after that. They told me best case and worst case
cost senarios. I am a poor college student, so I opted
not to get any repairs. They were very open, honest and
professional. I recommend them to everyone with air
conditioning troubles. Their "free A/C check" cost me $0.
