I found this service center here at car talk. It's in an area of Pinellas Park (Kenneth City) that is host to repair and collision shops galore. I have been to a couple over there before. But Carl and Ken at Phil's are professional, competent and don't prespire much (a sure sign of confidense and experience). I put my little 95 Honda Civic in their hands for complete head work. They are a NAPA car care service center, ASE Certified, clean and organized. I do most of my own work on my three vehicles but when I need a mechanic, I'm coming back here. My prior back-up in the "too much for me" department just retired so I had to find another. I think these guy's are it!
