Thought I was having a transmission problem, they took it
for a test drive, did a diagnostic and told me the
transmission was fine, recommended a mechanic, and waived
the diagnostic fee. Another customer was there at the
same time. She was told her car had an electric problem,
not transmission, and also her fee was waived.
