I've been using Tibbitts in Oviedo for about ten years
now. These guys are top notch and have always been honest
and fair with me.
They clearly explain what's wrong and what needs to be done
to fix it. They always give my cars a good once-over when
I bring it in to identify anything that need to be
addressed to avoid future problems. They make reasonable
recommendations for additional repairs and maintenance items
without trying to up-sell you on everything. They are very
no pressure in their approach, and they let the customer
make their own decisions. If you don't really need
something, they'll tell you. They have always treated me,
my wife, and daughters with the utmost respect and
courtesy. I won't take my cars anywhere else. If I
can't do the job (I'm a pretty good shade tree mechanic),
it goes to Tibbitts.)
Their lead mechanic, Chris, has been there as long as I have
been a customer, and he is unbelievably good. He is
knowledgeable and keeps up with his profession through a
lot of Internet research and collaboration with other
mechanics.
Robert is the service manager and is one of the two best
guys I have ever dealt with when it comes to car repairs -
the other one was Daryl who was the service manager there
before Robert.
I absolutely recommend this shop for any car repair needs.
