Each and every time, Ernie has proven himself to be an honest guy. Never a nickel over the estimate and charges less if the repair turns out to be less. On a clutch replacement for a VW Golf, he was easily $150 - $200 cheaper than anyone else. While under the car, they noticed some bushings on the shift linkage worn and replaced them at no of his employees said it wasn't worth stopping to phone me for an "OK" on the price. I'd trust this shop with any problem I had. If they cannot do it, they will tell you.

They have worked on my fathers vehicles for 15+ years. They have worked on my sister and my brother inlaw vehicles. Ernie has worked on one of my vehicles and even when my rack and pinion was starting to go he told me I had at least a year left with it, it was only a pin hole and to replace it would be money I did not need to spend BUT if that is what I wanted he would do it, He found a small pinhole and wanted me to know it was there. ernie also looked over 3 cars when my son purchased his first used car and did not charge to review any of them. In fact my son was so in love with this used to be military vehicle he just had to have it. ernie had it up on the lift and after 1 day told me and my father(grandpa) to tell my son dont walk away from this truck RUN like hell, do not buy it because it was rigged underneath and would literally fall apart within weeks.. How more honest can you be then that. After a few weeks Ernie approved a jeep Cherokee with a straight 6 engine and told my son as long as he kept up with it, he could run it forever. My son at that time was Almost 16, he is now 22 and his Jeep that ernie approved is still running strong :) He is in the military and has driven that jeep from Florida to Virginia , Florida to Washington and now in Kew West. My daughter is getting ready to look for her first car and we will go for Ernie's opinion there too.
