Shannon the service manager is informtive.Dan Griffin is a top notch mechanic and happy to explain anything. They can be quite entertaining too. The waiting room is nice and clean. and they will drive you to work.

Bill Townsend it tops. Has handled emergencies and
regular service for about 4 years.
Shannon the service manager will take the time to make
sure you understand what needs done and what is possible
from a time and price standpoint.

Dan will tell me in advance if a repair is likely to be
expensive (we are talking BMW here) and will research to
see if a less expensive alternative is available. He is
enthusiastic about his work and has quality people working
for him as well.

Preformed front wheel pad and disk job promptly and
properly.
Two weeks later intermittant screech one front wheel when
braking. Revisisted. Found stone wedged in the entry
wedga gap (a design strange element on 2005 320E brakes).
Remove small peble (1/8")(, buffed disk score out promptly
and at no added charge.
As a long Benz "do it myself" guy for 40+ years now 78, I
feel they are great
