I took my Mercury Sable in for a transmission rebuild. I had been to 2 other shops and they told me my transmission was shot and needed to be replaced and gave me price ranges. I call these guys looking for a price and they would not give me one over the phone, but told me that they would look at the car for free then give a price for repair. Well they looked at the car, then told me I had an electrical issue, and not an internal transmission issue. They asked for a few hours diagnostic time ($170) to find out what the problem was, and then they would be able to determine the total cost. I told them to go for it, and a little while later they called and said my car was all set, and the bill was $45.00. I went to pick it up, and they showed me on the lift where a wire had burned and they fixed it in no time, so they did not charge me the whole amount they asked for. Well since then they have been my mechanics. They have don break jobs on my car, plus a tune up and now it is in the shop for a transmission flush and a radiator flush. These guy's really look out for you... I recomend them HIGHLY!!!
