I have had a couple problems with Complete Car Care... - I like it when a mechanic takes the time to SHOW me what they are going to do, and also explains why. At CCC they always seem too busy to take a minute to keep me in the loop. I don't know if they treat male customers this way as well, but it makes me feel like they think that girls don't need to know. - I needed a squealy belt tightened. Evidently, it was a tough job because the tensioner was stuck on so well. They told me I needed a new tensioner. When they called and found out that the part was not available, lo and behold, suddenly they were able to loosen the old tensioner. It made me suspicious. - I finally took my car to another shop for a new radiator. That mechanic (Tony at Certified Auto) showed me how the plastic had cracked and asked if I had gotten the radiator hose replaced recently. I said yes, about a month ago at CCC. He said that it is common that when a careless mechanic forcibly jiggles the hose to remove it, he inadvertently cracks the plastic cover on the radiator. So I have Complete Car Car to thank for that too. - Two times I have waited in the neighborhood for repairs, telling them I would be in walking distance with my cell phone, so please call me when the car is ready. After killing hours at the shops around the corner, I finally walked back to find that my car was ready. I never received a call. This happened twice.

We have been going to Frank / complete car care for years. Three cars (2 fords and 1 Nissan sentra) all have been in great hands. Honest work, fair price, and he answers my questions over the phone. We trust him with our vehicles and will continue to use his shop.
