The only knock I have is that Tom, Sally and Dennis, who comprise the heart of the operation, all smoke, and I am feaful this may impact the longevity of their business. This is a small operation, with Sally doing the books, Tom doing the mechanics, and Dennis, well, I'm still haven't figured out what Dennis does, but he's a good guy to talk to. They do all kinds of repairs on all kinds of cars, and also sell used ones that they pick up at auction and spiff up. We have bought two used cars from them, both Honda Civics with about 50,000 miles on them, and got great deals and they are both still running strong 50,000 miles later. Tom will tell you all you want to know about what your car needs, and especially what it doesn't need. When we were about to buy a Dodge Caravan (my wife wanted it, and I still hold Consumer Reports responsible), Tom test drove it for us, checked it out, warned that the Caravan's would end of leaking oil badly, and said he would buy an Odyssey if it was his money. Unfortunately, we didn't heed his advice. Anyway, they are top shelf folks and I have recommended friends and family and they all have become loyal customers.
