One morning my car wouldn't start, I called AAA. After coming out to my home and jump starting the car the technician offered to sell me a new battery. I declined and took the car to Richie's where he checked it out and determined the problem was loose connections at the terminals. He cleaned one, replaced the other, and sent me on my way...no charge!
