Randy could have told me that I needed new brake pads and I would have said go ahead and put them on. Instead, he told me the pads were fine and all I needed was a front brake service. Honesty = repeat customer.

They misdiagnosed a brake problem twice and, though they tried to get paid on both jobs when they quoted the price for the second, which they would surely fix the problem, they agreed to do both repairs for the first price quoted. Basically, I got a master brake cylinder and two brake lines for $150.00 including labor. When neither repair fixed the problem, they ate all parts and labor costs. Unfortunately, I am unsure if they would have been as reasonable with a less informed customer. I got them to agree on the no-cost-if-not-repaired up front, since I thought they were mistaken as to the cause of the problem.

These guys do excellent work and are very honest. They've worked on many of my cars and always do a bang-up job. I've had them forget to tell a price of something over the phone, but then not charge for it when I pick up the car.

I love All Pro! They are very professional, tell me upfront the problem and the price, always willing to answer any questions I have, and they are very honest. My first business with them was to test and recharge my AC. They tested it, and found it was low. When I picked it up they said they had forgotten to take out their coolant and didn't charge me for it. My next repair was to change my tranny fluid and replace a leaking tranny hose. Today they replaced a wheel bearing. My last car, ford focus wagon, they replaced the alternator. The alternator turned out to be faulty and they put another one in at no additional cost. I love these guys!
