Joe (Joe Pennell) and his crew are FANTASTIC!! They were at 26 Norwich Rd just north of the Rt32 / Rt395 on-ramp junction. The just moved a mile or so up the road. I don't have the exact address. But it is near the next turn for 395 and near the damn. We had a clunker and he helped us bleed it to its bitter end. He is too busy to worry about trying to make the maximum bucks off everyone. He will talk you out of repairs if your car is not worth it or if it is not a safty issue. On the other hand, we sent a cadet that we knew to him to have her "senior year" car evaluated before she drove it across country. He told her right out flat that it was a death trap and not to even put another tank of gas in it. We had to move but we sure do miss him! You (man or woman) can trust him and he will treat you fairly and honestly.

I just brought my car there to have the front left brake checked again since I had new brakes and rotors put on 6-8- 11 by them and the front rt tire was making a noise. The noise was only heard when you drove slow and the road was a little bumpy. I waited all day to hear from them. I had to call them 3 times 11:30, 2:00, and 4:30. I finally spoke to the owner at 4:30, WHEN I CALLED THEM ONCE to see what was going on with my car. He told me I need struts and when I go to do them I should do both. He could not hear anything with the brake. I said what was the charge and he said, "no charge", which was nice. When I dropped my car off at the garage in the a.m., I had written my mileage down. When I picked my car I checked the mileage. My car was driven 104 miles. There was no reason to have driven my car for that many miles. I will not bring my car back there again.
