This is a shop that specializes in collision repairs. They are not a place to go for an oil change. The walls of the waiting area are lined with letters from customers who have been really impressed with the collision repair work that was done for them. I came to Sandoval's because my insurance company referred me to them. Soon I found out why. I had a major accident, and they worked directly with my insurance company to get an approved estimate within 8 hours. They started work the next day and had my car ready only 9 business days later. I was impressed! They did some minor work too replacing a hood and bumper) on my other car and again were very professional. The paint work was flawless. They spent no more money than necessary. My insurance company covered everything. The car was ready a day earlier than promised. Good communications, prompt return calls, etc. It's nice to know that there's a high-quality, honest body shop nearby. I have sent them a letter expressing my satisfaction - maybe it will be hanging in their waiting area with all the other kudos from satisfied customers.
