These three guys are the single best reason to buy a used VW! They'll even work on Diesels! I went in dreading the results of a "ting-ting" sound under the car. I do most of my own repairs(oil changes to CV joints to struts) but I couldn't find this sound...they told me I had a rock between the catalytic converter heat shield & the cat ON THE PHONE!! They told me of a stroy where a woman was quoted $955.00 for a complete new exhaust system from M***S and the actual repair from Peoples Auto was about $55.00!!! Honest? You Bet!! Am I customer for life? Absolutely!!

When my wife convinced me that my 1985 Volkswagen Jetta
with 252,000 miles on it was too old to keep (long story),
I gave it to People's Auto because after all the work they
did to keep it running I figure that they owned what was
left of it.

They have always told me what is wrong (and been right) and
then told me what options I have. They often recommended
the lowest cost solution. I also take a race car to them as
a result of the great work they did on my street cars. I
take three Audis to them. My warranty company recognized
them as a 'good' repair shop. They are always busy, have
their own tow truck and have a machine shop near by for
major work where a repair is much cheaper than a replacement
part i.e. head, re-bore etc
