Driving our Honda CR-V from New York to Boston, we broke down in Connecticut. AAA towed us to Wheelers, which was really fortunate for us. There was actually someone (an extremely friendly someone) there at 9pm to fill out paperwork with us. They updated us via phone throughout the next day, and did no work without express approval. Although our car ended up having multiple problems and was quite pricey to fix, they took the time to show us every single part that needed to be fixed and exactly what was wrong with it. Even though they needed to order a part, they got it that day and used non-Honda (and therefore cheaper) parts whenever possible.

For about five years, I have been servicing my Jetta at Wheelers, and they do an amazing job. I have had almost everything done from timing belts, brakes, valve cover gasket, MAF sensors, thermostat, wheel bearings, oil changes, body repair, electrical and probably some other things too. After my last service, my car is running like new, even though it has over 166K miles. I trust the work that John, Todd, Pablo and all of the other workers do. Very professional, friendly and cost effective service.
