Very honest, helpful people. Very rare to find such a shop these days. They only sell you what you need and get the job done right the first time, at a fair price.

They won't put any thing in your car unless it is needed. While waiting for my vehicles to be repaired I have seen many people come in and as for small service like air in a tire or check the oil and they do it promptly and with out any cost.

I've been going to the Raffia Road Service Station for about 5 years now with my car and things were always great with them, until recently when the owners opened up a new shop a few miles away. Since then the price of repairs has gone up dramatically and parts costs have been over- stated. The service is still as good as it used to be but they're definitely overcharging on parts.

I've been going to Raffia Road Service for about 10 years now. They have always provided superior service and I have no doubt that if I don't need something, it's not done. Their pricing is about the same as everyone else, your not going to save by going there. What I can tell you is that you'll find a group of people like nowhere else. They are very honest, do fantastic work and never screw you over. I have a mechanical background, some automotive background and have gone in there for what I thought would end up being a major repair. After they looked at it, it turned out being something very simple. They could have taken me for a ride but that's the way they do business. The garage is owned by a husband and wife team, great people, who run their business with honesty & integrity. Sure you pay for the work but let's be reasonable, they need to make a living. They've worked on my 3 vehicles, my family, several friends, etc. Yes, they opened a new garage recently but the pricing hasn't changed much, just everyday inflation, along with the rest of the world. This is a top notch place that I will continue to support.

I brought my car in early one morning, with no appointment, and they told me it would be a 3 hour wait before they could even look at my car. I figured that would be the case and had brought a book. 1 1/2 hours later, they looked at my car. They told me what the issue was, how much per hour the labor would cost, and about how long they thought it would take to fix it and asked me if that sounded ok. Had I said no, they wouldn't have charged me a thing. I said that'd be fine, I'd wait there for the hours it would take to do the actual work. In less than half the estimated time, my car was ready (I think they over estimate and are better & faster then they think!). These guys are GREAT, and I haven't had a problem since I visited. This is the only time in my life I wish something would go wrong with my car so I could go back. I'm so glad I read the reviews here on cartalk.com and decided to go here. Their website is raffiaroadservicecenter.com, check them out. You will not be disappointed.
