Owner is Tim Holland- an excellent mechanic with over 30 years of hands experience with all types of cars. Honest, great work ethic and willing to offer advice as to when to spend money on a repair and when to just wait if repair is nice to do but pricey.

Sorry - we can't answer how Tim Holland would respond to a screw-up because we haven't experienced any in our three years/six cars dealings. The shop is located near a Bradly Airport parking garage - Zee Parking. When repairs are needed, we coordinate my husband's frequent travel schedule in which he parks at Zee, Tim will pick up our car, complete the repairs, call me for MC payment and return the car to Zee. No matter what the airlines manage to do - our repaired car is good to go. On a Monday, I called to remind him one of our cars was at Zee - only to find out the job was done - the car returned to the parking garage. As bad as the current economy is, I had him check a recently purchased used 1997 Honda Civic - his comment - "No BS - absolutely mint! Buy it." We already did, but it was great to hear him concur with no pressure from us. Honest guy. We'll be back when it needs a timing belt change - in 60,000 miles!
