These people have been working on my vehicles for many
years. My criteria for a shop/mechanic 1- That they are
honest 2- that they do a good job consistantly 3- that
they make helpful suggestions 4- Price. Price is listed
last because I am willing to pay more to have the peace of
mind that the job is being done right. One example is
last week my "check engine" light came on. I happened to
be stopping in at the dealer to have a small part replaced
so I asked them to check out why the light was on. They
told me that it was a code that indicated that I had a
cyliner misfiring and that I should put in new sparkplugs
to the tune of $292. I then called Dean Autoworks and
they checked their computer and found that I had replaced
the sparkplugs less than 20,000 miles earlier. I told the
dealer to reset the code and have had no problems since.
In this instance Dean's saved me $292. I could give you
other times that I've had similar things happen but you
get the idea. I would strongly recommend Dean Autoworks.
