All the mechanics at Travelers Shell are honest, hardworking and a lot of fun. They are on my very short list of recipients of homemade Christmas cookies. The whole team also assists me with anything which will enhance the education of the students at the local high school as well. They are great!

I first went to these guys because they were convenient to my location, but now I wouldn't go anywhere else. On my wife's new Subaru, I am happy to pay them to do oil changes that we could could otherwise get done for free from the dealer. Mark and Jamie are smart, competent, and courteous, and right away make you feel like you're a part of the family. They've always been careful to explain the repairs/maintenance they performed, and more impressively, they have explained why I didn't need certain work done. I've sent all my relatives there and also passed the word on to complete strangers whom I've overheard asking for a good mechanic shop. Like you.

I have e deep and well earned distrust of the vast majority
of mechanics out there today. So when I needed to get some
work done, I was, to say the least a bit apprehensive.
I have listened to Car Talk on NPR for some time and came
to this site hoping to find a good reference. And based on
the results of that search, I chose Mark Paquinn down at
Shell. I must say it was an excellent choice.
Mark was up front, knowledgable and honest. He is the first
mechanic that ever talked me out of having work done he
felt was not warrented 9if you can imagine that!!!). His
grasp of cause and cure in vehicles seems to be outstanding.
If you are in this area and need a mechanic you can trust
to finish the job right on time for a decent price, the by
all means go see Mark and his crew. They represent the good
guys in that line of work.
