As a committed Audi owner, sometimes it's hard to find the right place for necessary maintenance like timing belts, etc. It's great to know that Heron Motors, a recent shop in this area, is competent, true to estimates within a dollar, and treats women with respect and courtesy. I was surprised and delighted to walk into a clean, "dealer-like" establishment, and Christian explained everything to me in advance, even offering a loaner. A week later my older Audi was in fine form again, detailed out, and he even restored those pesky side moldings which Audi's tend to shed, free. Christian ran down a list of prioritized additional repairs, but never a hard sell, just what ought to be done and the most cost-effective way to get there. In all, I'd go back for more work, which is guaranteed for 12 months by Christian and his team. Thanks for a great job!

As a young female, mechanics can be an intimidating breed. Christian is kind, helpful, honest and informative. He is responsive to phone calls, explains his work to me, and lets me know if something is urgent, not worth fixing, or a fix that my limited budget can wait on. He builds a personal rapport and I feel secure in his repairs and knowledge. Overall, a great guy to call my mechanic!
