Gary treats his customers as friends. One time my wife was stuck in the driveway trying to jump start her car, but she couldn't tell which pole of the battery was negative and which was positive. I called Gary from the office. He was alone in his shop, but took the phone off the hook, jumped in his truck and drove two miles to our driveway long enough to point out the correct battery pole to my wife. Other times he has fixed flats and other problems for no charge. He has kept my broken down fleet of cars and trucks running for 15 years, and while his work hasn't always been perfect, he's always made it right in the end.

I perform most of my own repairs but for times when I feel it is better to have the pro take it on or when the elements of nature exceed my comfort threshold, we rely on Gary. Gary has fixed our, sometimes less than ideal vehicles, for 15+ years. I have complete faith that when my wife calls him that she will not be bamboozled, I don't even need to think about it twice or get involved. He is a reasonable guy who is smart and honest.

I always go to Gary. As a woman, I feel like I am treated with respect. When my husband and I go to his shop together to pick up my car, he speaks to me, not my husband. It is, after all, my car. I don't have to wait weeks for an appointment. I will continue to frequent his shop!
