Dear Car Talk Listeners,

It's not often that a bunch of strangers come together to sweat, cry and fight for a cause (unless you're talking about the last "Let's Kick These Bums Off the Air" Car Talk Rally)!

On August 4th and 5th, Car Talk's David "the Calves of Belleville" Greene and my husband Josh rode in the 2012 Pan-Mass Challenge. It's a 192-mile bicycle tour across our fair state to raise money to fight cancer. Our biggest supporters, Click and Clack, were joined by many of you in generously donating to this important cause.

My son Henry was diagnosed with cancer before he was born and started chemotherapy when he was just one day old. Today, he's a happy, seven-year-old who loves peppermint ice cream, his crazy "uncles" Tom and Ray, and telling knock-knock jokes. Henry is here with us today because people like you care. (To see more about Henry's story, click here.)

There's still time to make a tax-deductible donation to Josh and David's rides. Join Tom and Ray in making a difference!

The Equipe Henry / Car Talk Team! And, again, thank you for all your support. Every dollar gets us closer to a cure!
