We had tried several other import service shops before finding Isoms. Not only is everyone there nice and friendly - they have repeatedly turned my attempts to give them money. For example - my 1995 VW Jetta had a leak, it took them 2 hours to find that a sunroof drain had become clogged with leaves and the leak was just stale water - the charge??? NOTHING! I recently took my 1995 Jetta in for its 60,000 mile check up and told them I was driving it across the country and they should do WHATEVER it needed - it needed an oil change - that's it. What about the timing belt, I asked??? Nope - not yet they said. Of course the car made the trip like a trooper. We are moving out of the area soon and the thing I will miss most is Isoms.
