I've been a customer for over 20 years with a variety of
US makes of cars. I have never felt cheated nor do I feel
they have done an unnecessary repair just to get some work
from me. They are the opposite. They look for the
reasonable, inexpensive option first, and only do more
expensive repairs if nothing else works.
