They do EXCELLENT work, usually quickly, and there's rarely
much of a wait to get in. This comes at a cost, however --
they are a dealer and charge dealer rates. They especially
cannot match other places' prices for parts.
They will always give you a ride to work in the morning, but
I have never asked to get a ride back. They would probably
send someone if you asked.
I am a long-time repeat customer and they give me a small
discount, but even with the discount I know I could get
better rates elsewhere. (For example I know another
mechanic in town who also does excellent work and is much
cheaper, HOWEVER you have to wait weeks to get in his shop.)
SO Honda World is good for folks whose time is valuable
because you don't have to worry whether the job will be done
right.

They're always polite and offer rides -- the waiting room is
clean and away from the garage, but who wants to wait there
when there's good coffee at home?
