Something has changed at the shop in the last year. They are not as detail oriented as they used to be. Hopefully, this is just a phase.

Great shop with knowledgeable people. Brought in my Acura with an oily spark plug chamber...thought it might be a bad gasket worth at least $400. Few hours & $70 later, drove away with a repaired spark plug seal. They didn't try to pad the bill or talk me into more work. Have been to this shop several times & have never walked away unhappy or unsure of my car's fate. Don't think I can take it anywhere else.

A very component operation run by two individuals (Tim & Kevin)who specialize in Honda/Acura vehicles. I have recommended Hondaworks to multiple friends and have yet to hear something negative. I consider myself to be fairly "car savvy" and hence, can read through most of the BS -- these guys know what they are doing and are always willing to provide additional detail on the repair/service if asked. Their slogan is "dealer quality w/o dealer prices" -- a fair statement in my opinion. Their labor rates have crept up steadily as they've got their name out in the market, however, quality has never suffered in the name of additional business volume. If any type of additional maintenance if required, the customer is informed but never pressured into accepting more service. These guys are for people who want the expertise of a dealer, but don't want to pay the sometimes outrageous costs associated with dealer service. I'v often wondered where I would take my vehicle for service/repairs if I ever bought something other than a Honda/Acura.

I have used both locations. I have recently begun using the Scalebark location as I just got a used Acura. Service prices are half the dealership.
