They have worked on my Honda Accord for 7 or 8 years. I trust them completely with my car. On a couple of occassions they did not charge me for very minor repairs. Chris is easy-going and easy to talk to about your car. I highly recommend him and his shop.

I've taken in my Honda Prelude many times. They have always been wonderful. I called around several places for my 90,000 mile service which includes a new timing belt and they had the best price by far. I usually drop my car off before work and it is always ready and waiting when I get off and they are willing to make arrangements with me if I can't get there before they close. Just recently I dropped it off to have the brakes checked and asked for a tire rotation. I believe most places would have charged me for the tire rotation, but not Rio. There was no charge since they had to remove the tires for the brake work. My husband has used them too for his Acura and prior to that another Honda. We have always received execellent service and I recommend them to everyone I know who drives a Honda.

Chris has been working on my parent's Honda's for years. My Dad is the type that has a way of finding solid, down-to- earth mechanics, who you can trust. So, I started going to Rio when I purchased my first Honda and even though it is less convenient for me to get over there now that I have moved, I still make the drive every time I need more than a basic oil change. They have earned my loyalty each time I visit them. I highly recommend them!

Have taken two of our Hondas in for regular maintenance. Chris has an extremely trustworthy demeanor, and the prices always turn out to be less than I expected which helps me believe I'm dealing with an honest crew. During one service call, Chris tossed in some freebie replacement knobs for the A/C unit that had cracked on the Odyssey, even though he had to special order them from Honda. These guys have earned my business for life and I heartily refer them to friends whenever the opportunity presents itself.

They make auto repair, something that tends to be very "icky" for non-car-knowledgeable types like me, as effortless as possible. I bring in the vehicle, I tell them what it needs, they write it down, I come back later, and it's all better, at the quoted price. Nice, pleasant and uneventful. Yes!

I highly recommend these guys to anyone. I hate car repairs, but these guys take the anxiety out because you know they're being honest with you. They do NOT offer services that are not needed, unlike the Honda dealership.

Called in for a Honda Odyssey air-conditioning problem. Based on their prior experience with the mode,l they gave me a possible diagnosis and price over the phone. Got there and, in fact, the diagnosis and the pricing were correct! I fully recommend this shop to anyone who has a Honda.
