We have been taking our Honda to this shop for about 3 years. Lately the service has fallen apart. Since April, we have been trying to get the catalytic converters replaced in our van. First they tried to send us to another shop, when the service should be under warranty (80K miles for emissions). Then they took four more days than they estimated to "do the work". Then, two weeks later, when the engine light came back on, they tried to sell us $2K in additional work. We went to another shop, and they said that the catalytic converters were original and that it was the trouble code. We went back, and they admitted to not replacing them the first time and did the work. We got a check engine light again a week later. Again, they tried to sell us on an expensive valve adjustment, but another dealer verified that Lithia still hadn't completed the catalytic converter work - - only replaced 1 of 2 that originally needed to be done under warranty. We have contacted Honda corporate to get relief, but would recommend staying away from Lithia. It is worth driving to Helena or Billings to work with another dealer.
