I have a 1993 Honda Accord station wagon. I had a problem, for quite some time, ot the engine idling at a very low RPM and almost dying when the A/C compressor started up. I took the car to the dealer several times, but they did not repair the problem. I had driven by Honcare many times but had not stopped in because it looked like a "small-time" operation. Finally, out of desperation, I called Honcare. In describing the problem, the mechanic, Archie, said, "sounds like the throttle body." I took the car in, and sure enough, the throttle body was causing the problem. The repair was made quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Since then, I have had them perform major A/C work on the car, along with a series of other, more minor repairs and routine maintainance. All repairs have been done right the first time, within the promised time and at reasonable cost. Both mechanics, Archie and Bob, are Honda trained and only work on Honda and Acura vehicles. They do a lot of transmission work because to their excellent repairs and reasonable cost. This shop has a devoted local following, including myself.
