The First Car Talk Poetry Reading

Car Talk
by Don R. Wilkins

The Car Talk guys called Click and Clack,
are heard on NPR.
They waste an hour every week
talking 'bout your car.

The answer that they give, of course,
may be right or wrong,
but with the wit and humor shown,
an hour is much too long.

They broadcast from "Fair City," true,
with attitude not loft.
But I keep listening anyway
'cause my dipstick might fall off.

Give credit tho', where credit's due,
they are a lot of fun.
Maybe experts, maybe not,
they help your auto run.
