This former dealer mechanic and his staff are superb at detecting current problems and alerting the customer to potential problems. They ALWAYS search for reliable replacement parts that are less expensive than new/retail. My car always is delivered washed and vacuumed with no fingerprints anywhere. Trever and his staff also service VWs. The shop will gladly take a part that I have secured elsewhere and install it. Tires are done via Tire Rack and are marked up 10% from his wholesale cost. I have had them service my 95 S6 and my 01 S8. So far, they have zero screw-ups. I recommend them to every Audi driver I meet.
