Bob is extremely honest and hard-working. He is the owner of the shop and frequently (I have a Ford Taurus so I call frequently) answers the phone at 6 in the morning, and is usually still there at 7 at night. He will not charge you for problems that he can fix quickly and has been known to go out on the road to rescue customers that are stranded. The first time I used him, I was dumb enough to leave a wrong with the car and how much the local Ford dealer would charge to fix it. I realized after I said it how stupid it was to tell him the amount, but he called back awhile later and quoted me a price $120 less. He also fixed it right and fast. He is often booked a ways in advance, but is worth waiting for.

This place has been great - I found it here in the mechanic x-files a while ago and have had nothing but excellent service. They even fixed my vehicle on a Friday night when I had a problem right before a trip! The prices are very reasonable as well. The only problem I've had is finding parking around the shop -it's always packed, but they always get me in and out in quickly.

I trust Bob unquestionably ... not like Tom and Ray!

My daughter took in my 1994 Olds 88 Royal 3.8, because the alternator was bad. Automotive Specialists replaced the alternator and did an oil change for $271.00 dollars. I know, because I called BOB, the owner, and got the quote on the job. I got his name from your list of auto repair shops. Thank you, Bob, the owner, and you, Ray and Tom. I've been listening to you guys forever, maybe 30 years or more, on 91.5, KUNC FM, Greeley Colorado.
