If you can not afford new parts, he will try to find good used parts.(Except if they are critical parts, then only new for safety)

I went to Jeno's expecting a price competitive w/dealershsips, but found their tune-ups cost the same.

These guys all know their onions. Their prices are not terrific but not outrageous. Jeno could use a bit more personality but is friendly enough. My car is older but means a lot to me on a personal basis, as I have owned it since its birth 16 yrs ago. The only negative comment I have is that I got the impression that they did not want to work on this old of a vehicle. Since they are competent, I would use them again. I do have a high confidence in their ability to fix properly and/ or tell me that the repair might not be worth it.

We have had them work on our cars during the past several years and we have been happy with them. My parents, my sister and her husband have taken their vehicles there during the years and they have been happy with them, too. We are repeat customers. It is a good auto shop.
