The quality here is top-notch. They know Saabs inside-out and do top-quality work. I trust them completely, which I can't say about any other mechanics I know. Their shop is extremely clean and a pleasant atmosphere--they used to have a shop cat (named Turbo), who died recently (boo, hoo). The owner throws a splendid Christmas party every year that customers are invited to, complete with live Jazz trio. This shop really values the customer and strives to do high-quality work. If I was to buy another Saab, I would take it here to have it checked out before paying for it (a used one, that is--I couldn't afford a new one). There is an associated business on the premises which works on BMW's, under another company name.

I agree totally with the first reviewer. They do top-notch work and I trust them completely. I can't say that about any other mechanic that I have ever been to. And they treat men and women the same--don't talk down to women, as some mechanics do. Having been a customer for many years, when I am car-shopping, they will check out the quality of the used Saab for free. This has saved me from buying a Saab with expensive problems (like needing a transmission replaced). I miss the cat and the Christmas party, too, but they still do great work.
